I've had the pleasure of knowing Anthony since the beginning of his journey in the fitness industry just shy of 20 years ago when we started at Goodlife Fitness. Most people, myself included, get involved in the fitness industry because they aspire to monetize a pastime which brought them joy. Making a career out of a hobby or passion does not always go as planned. The reality of associating career focused metrics and goals unto a beloved pastime tend to erode the joy from its practice.
